We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage and optimize daily warehousing activities, including online sales and everyday deliveries of food items, edible stock and household items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement warehouse procedures for efficient handling of everyday deliveries and online sales of food, edible stock, and household items.
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, with a focus on managing food and edible stock inventory, household items, and monitoring expiration dates and shelf life.
- Manage inbound shipment and outbound deliveries, coordinating with delivery team to schedule timely pickups and deliveries, and ensure shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists) aligns with physical shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, promptly addressing any discrepancies and ensuring proper storage conditions for perishable, non-perishable, and household goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency, supporting the timely fulfilment of customer orders, including high volumes from online sales.
- Ensure optimal warehouse layout, space management, and the effective use of equipment for maximum productivity and safety.
- Monitor and manage logistics operations, optimizing transportation to meet delivery schedules while minimizing costs.
- Lead safety protocols, particularly for handling food and household items, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Regularly review and enhance warehouse procedures, driving continuous improvements in operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warehouse equipment performance and oversee maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Lead and coordinate regular stock and inventory checks throughout the year.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Experience managing logistics for online sales and collaborating with various departments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, including developing operational procedures for online sales, daily deliveries, preferably handling food, edible stock, and household items.
- Strong expertise in managing food and edible stock inventory, with a focus on shelf life and proper storage conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with inventory management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
