**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the warehousing and supply chain teams to drive pipelined projects in inventory, warehousing, and supply chain solutions
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Direct warehouse operations with external vendors including transportation and order management
- Manage reporting and tracking of meaningful data using scorecards to track operational efficiency
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure continual improvement to the process improvements, inventory control, cost control measures for cost-optimisation
- Project management including working with inter-departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and activities of projects
- Coaching and training internal teams including providing appropriate training and career development
- Facilitate good communication amongst teams and the management
- Report and manage team performance for the operations teams as assigned
- Prepare and evaluate logistics budgets and expenditures (warehousing and transportation)
- Resolve any arising logistics-related problems or complaints work with General Manager to drive logistics productivity for the business
- Initiate, attend, and prepare for business/meetings including conference calls to collaborate and synchronize work efforts for the work teams and their managers

**Pre-requisites**:

- Minimum 5 years related working experience in third-party warehouse environment
- Working experience in a medical device or GMP-regulated related industry is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory or management role.
- Possess strong management skills and leadership, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
- Able to work independently and proactive.
- Technical writing skills.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Information**:

- 5.5-day work week, 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday
- Medical/Annual Leave
- Location at Loyang / East Changi
- Reports to Head of Operations
