- In charge of cold station and pastry
- Responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, food production, quality and

consistency;
- Assist with all food preparation making sure that the station you work is up to

par with food items for service;
- Daily mis-en-place preparation;
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and maintain high standards of hygiene in

the kitchen;
- Inspect all fridges daily and ensure that food is stored properly and prevent

spoilage. After which, take down the temp of each fridge at the end of the

night;
- Conduct regular stock checks for the purpose of food purchasing and assist

with inventory recording;
- Ensure that kitchen area is clean before and after service;
- Assist in the setting up and breaking down of the kitchen daily;
- Assist chefs in outside catering events or offsite events if any;
- Manage inventory;
- Food costing and ensuring minimum wastage.
