**Job Description Summary**: The Indirect Services Director is responsible for developing and activating the strategy for all Channel Partners and Indirect Services Providers in Intercontinental region. This position sets the governance and operational guidelines to support the sales organization in achieving business objectives and works to drive growth of channels and GEHC service portfolio, being accountable for keeping the risk profile within the region norms and standards as well as driving channel effectiveness.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create strategies for developing and managing new channels by leveraging synergies across Intercontinental region
- Ensure effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and management of channels
- Enhance the utilization of existing channels with a view to integrate and simplify where appropriate
- Develop operational expertise and educate partners on processes and procedures
- Monitor channel effectiveness and improvement initiatives related to Services Operational Metrics (FMI, Technical Training, IB Traceability, Dispatch Traceability, Connectivity, Technical Escalations, Tools)
- Execute Op Mechs for performance reviews with channel partners and Svc Indirect Zones Leaders
- Provide support to CPs to ensure all service qualifications required will be developed before equipment shipment.
- Manage channel partners relationships on day-to-day basis and provide transactional support when required
- Ensure that the assessment of channel partner profile with regards of service capabilities and its growth ability is updated
- Consolidate Intercontinental view about channel partners performance with regards to Service metrics and Compliance
- Ensure delivery across large and diverse territories.
- Drive a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels
- Enforce global compliance standards and perform rigorous audit programs
- Maintain region risk profile within accepted standards
- Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory codes
- Adhere to GE Healthcare compliance policies, codes and training requirements
- Ensure contracts reflect business approved agreements and practices accordingly to compliance standards
- Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines or markets. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

**Quality Specific Goals**
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization
- Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization
- Maintain knowledge of and understand all applicable Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or local / Int’l Law is broken.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of business experience
- Demonstrated experience and success in the management of alternative service channels
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across large organizations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into useful information
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and/or Access tools
- Strong/demonstrated values and integrity
- High energy level
- Excellent customer service skills; able to explain difficult concepts to a wide audience
- Lean certification
- Demonstrated global project execution skills in a matrix environment
- Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues
- Knowledge of GE Healthcare products and service dispatch systems
- Demonstrated experience with service cost and driving productivity
