**Customer Service Officer**

As Customer Service Co-ordinator, you must possess a professional customer orientated attitude, provide prompt reply and feedback to customer query.

Furthermore, you are a pragmatic customer service consultant offering customers sound advice on CPM-products, especially on consumables and spares parts. Through your passion, product know-how and customer focus you build long-term relationships with current customers and new customers.

**Requirements**:

- You are required to promptly answer customer queries, submit quotation, Issue Sales Order, using SAP system.
- Monitor open quotes closely and to achieved Sales target.
- Good know in Excel with some basic programming, to increase work efficiency.
- Basic Knowledge in shipping Incoterms.
- Experience in capital goods and /or the manufacturing process industry.
- Follow up closely with deliveries to ensure no delay.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
