**The role**
We're looking for passionate and driven individuals who have the ability and/or possess the creative flair and ideas to execute the unconventional into the convention. To maintain Tin Box Group's marketing brand across all boards.

You'll be creating visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers.

It is a relatively fast-paced industry but our Tin Box Family is a fun bunch who is always there to help when it's needed.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a Diploma in Design with at least a minimum of 2 years Designing experience
- A background in Marketing is a plus
- Must be well versed with the **Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign & After Effects)**:

- Fluent with both Mac and PC computer settings
- Attentive to details, self-directed while being able to juggle multiple projects
- Impeccably organized and has great communication skills
- Has the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Is able to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Passionate and/or has knowledge in the F&B industry is a plus
- A team player but also independent in spearheading their own work without much guidance
- Reliable and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects or service work

**Your key responsibilities are as follows**:

- Develop the overall layout and production design for promotional collaterals such as displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses
- To help with conceptualizing/creating content for the company's social media
- Amend projects after feedbacks
- Prepare and release necessary bar notices to customers and/or staff
- Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals
- Devising and proposing strategies, or ideas for campaigns
- Help in overseeing and developing marketing collaterals for campaigns
- Copywriting
- Monitoring performance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
