- Position Title**:Research Officer (R&D)**:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.45 AM - 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $3,800 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Allowance + Flexible Benefits**:
- Duration: Contract (3 years - Renewable)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new technologies for molecular and immunological assays.
- Integrate assays into prototype medical devices.
- Handle ordering and payment using the SAP system.
- Ensure that all assays and processes meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology or relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant research or laboratory R&D experience
- Experience in assay development is an added advantage
