**What the role is**
**What you will be working on**
- Contextualise WOG ICT framework, policies and standards for GIG, which requires an appreciation of GIG domains and ICT processes and risks (eg. project & cybersecurity risks), as well as principles and rationale of WOG / GovTech corporate policies and standards. - Collaborate with product teams to assess impact of policies and standards, and develop project plan to manage and track the adoption of policies and standards by the product teams. - Develop programmes and initiatives as well as engagement and communications plans to create awareness and ensure effective promulgation of ICT policies and standards. - Have a good understanding of what is IT risk management and the controls that are meant to address or mitigate the risks in order to be able to provide consultancy to GIG product delivery teams (e.g. for new products) and enable them to adopt and comply with the various ICT Governance, policies and standards. - Conduct health checks to assess understanding and adoption of policies and standards, remediation follow-up, and guiding project teams in the process. - Facilitate audits conducted by external auditors such as Auditor General’s Office, WOG ICT Governance Group, Internal Auditors, etc, by working alongside with product delivery teams to collate, review, seek approval for submission of RFI (“Requests for Information”) documents during audit fieldwork, drafting management responses, and follow-up actions to ensure on-time and on-target execution of audit plans by external auditors. - Procure and manage services to augment internal capability to deliver committed deliverables.
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline. Those without a degree but have relevant experience may also apply. - Minimum 10 years ICT experience, with experience in managing projects (full system life-cycle of projects in varying scale) and had participated or facilitated IT system audit exercises. - Good understanding of IT management processes, technology risks and internal controls and ISO9001 standards - Meticulous and structured, able to deliver quality and thorough work, with eye for details. - Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - Team player & good interpersonal skills. - Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is an advantage.
