**Responsibilities**

Lead various cross-functional** stakeholders and agencies to build the 5-year marketing and sales roadmap for the retail wealth business
- ** Drive marketing strategy across markets **and continually identify opportunities to define target audience, optimize CPA and maximize return
- ** Formulate & implement a holistic digital strategy** - to meet the organisation’s acquisition needs
- ** Strategise creative angles **-and write compelling copy for all marketing assets
- ** Conceptualise & develop marketing funnel**s -to segment audience and nurture leads
- ** Research, develop** and execute ROI-focused campaigns
- ** Manage ad accounts on mainstream channels**:

- (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a considerable budget to test and scale

**Requirements**:

- Results-driven & Data-Driven: effectively to make decisions in managing campaigns.
- Strong Communication, written & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Copywriting Background
- Min. Degree related to Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Min. 3-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media/e-commerce
