**About the role**

As part of the ASPAC Warehouse Management System (WMS) team, reporting to the Regional Change Request Manager, this role will manage various customer change requests from understanding the requirements, preparing documentations, to project go-live and troubleshooting, ensuring that all change requests are successfully implemented.

**What you will be doing**

**1) Project management / Warehouse management System**
- Manage Project Plan
- Participate in Change request workshops and prepare documentations (WMOS Functional Flow, Configuration Sheet, Interface mapping specification and report specification) if required.
- Perform WMOS configuration and internal testing
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing
- Conduct User Training and Support User Acceptance Test
- Provide go-live support (offsite/onsite)
- Participate and liaise with external vendor on solution design modification and delivery (if WMOS modification is required)
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolve system issues if required.

**2) Change Request Management**
- Change request management (impact assessment, design and implementation of solution)
- Participate in Change Request Prioritization Community

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- At least a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. IT)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment, implementing and supporting Warehouse Management System
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good inter-personal skills, able to communicate precisely and effectively
- Highly proactive, motivated, driven and result-oriented
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Meticulous, analytical and able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Good Command of written and spoken English
