Ai Machine Learning Engineer

**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the algorithm development of an AI accounting assistant, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition, to ensure users can easily input entries via voice or text.
- Develop and optimize AI algorithms to improve data recognition accuracy, and handle classification and storage of accounting data.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate the AI module into the system.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI algorithm development, particularly in NLP and speech recognition.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with common machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in financial data processing or accounting-related projects is preferred.
- Able to speak mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking counterparts
- Work in office (near Jurong East)
