Senior Ai/machine Learning Engineer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Senior AI/ML Engineer**to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world problems. You will lead the development of end-to-end pipelines, deploy scalable AI systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform large datasets.
- Conduct research and implement cutting-edge techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.
- Fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including model architecture and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in AI/ML projects.
**Requirements**:
- A graduate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
- Proficiency in building and deploying ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
