**Job Responsibilites
- Monitor and optimize Office 365 and other communication solutions such as SMTP gateway, MDM platform to ensure they are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Define and maintain architecture artefacts standards.
- Develop and maintain O365 and relevant solution architecture documentation.
- Implement IaC (Infrastructure as Code) to automate the deployment and management of cloud resources.
- Work with vendors to implement change request and troubleshooting any reported/identified issues.
- Ability to self-manage projects and provide timely update on progress.
- Understand latest cloud/security threats and issues and mitigation solutions.
- Work on any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management.
**Job Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, ITIL v4 are beneficial.
- Comprehensive understanding and administration of Office 365 platform including Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SAML SSO authentication setup
- Comprehensive understanding and usage of PowerShell scripts
- Knowledge and administration of MDM software such as Intune/MobileIron
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of backup and recovery procedure and processes
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of SMTP / SMS gateway
- 2-4 years of established experience in a O365 administrator role or equivalent.
- Experience with MDM software like Intune or MobileIron.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNOW or Jira.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing O365
