We are representing our MNC client who produces Manufacturing Equipment.
**Human Resource & Administrative Manager
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible in providing HRBP and other support to internal and external stakeholders for the business units as assigned.
- Working with educational institutions on internship program for the company
- Responsible for claims of employees are processed in a timely manner by team members and follow up on medical insurance claims for employees.
- Assist to follow through on annual insurance renewal and follow up.
- Responsible for employee’s probation, annual performance assessment, employee development, retirement and re-employment, policy reviews and office administration.
- Leading team members in talent acquisition to support the business units as assigned.
- Pro-actively plans and organizes hiring activities based on annual budget plan.
- Sourcing and negotiating terms with headhunting firm as working partners and follow up on the signing of agreement accordingly.
- Ensure effective branding of Company is projected in career websites and prepares and organize career fairs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human resource or any related discipline.
- Technical competencies in HR
- Planning, organizing and optimizing use of resources,
- Ability to lead and developing people.
- Self-driven and good judgement
