**What You Do**
- **Lead and manage cash programmes end-to-end**to drive growth, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance.
- **Design and execute the digital transformation**of cash management programmes to deliver a seamless and delightful end-to-end user experience.
- **Deeply understand the banking needs**of business owners across industries—including those looking to buy, sell, or operate businesses—using data-driven insights to develop bold solutions that address pain points and drive adoption of OCBC solutions.
- **Curate and deliver tailored solutions**that support business owners through various stages of their business life cycle.
- **Collaborate with internal stakeholders**to define and enhance solution offerings and customer experience, championing change as the cash product programme evolves.
- **Ensure full compliance**with regulatory, legal, and risk requirements across all aspects of the cash programme.
- **Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills**to successfully roll out initiatives with clear metrics, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.

**Who You Are**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in product management, programme management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of cash management solutions and SME banking.
- You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
