**The Company**

With global presence in strategic locations and extensive network in the market, this is a dominant player with the maritime industry. There is now a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Cash Management Manager to optimize cash management across the group.

**The Role**

This is a high visibility role, reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and respective Business Heads. The main objective of the role is to ensure financial commitments and short-term cash requirements are met and maximizing the return on any temporary surpluses of cash. The key responsibilities include producing required models to project cash generation and consumption across the business. You shall liaise directly with the Business Heads to understand the relevant dynamics and consolidate in an overarching model used to allocate cash where necessary and foresee potential shortfalls. You will produce recommendations on how to move cash around the different businesses and eventually collaborate with the team in the execution of such movements.

Other key areas include producing the reporting required to keep all the relevant parties informed on the current and projected cash situation, updating models with latest information, checking on how the businesses are evolving and potential need for funds. Liaise with the credit and collection departments to coordinate efforts regarding receivables. Coordinate execution of decisions made regarding cash management with different admin teams. Produce plans for utilization of revolving credit facilities (e.g. trade receivables lines). Keep record of available options for excess cash.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Accountancy or Finance with minimum 8 years of relevant experience within marine industry. We are looking for a meticulous, hands-on, analytical and an experienced Analyst with a thorough understanding of the financial markets, debt facilities and bond requirements. It is essential to have experience in financial modelling, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
