- Market Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of public equity markets, debt markets, banks, and bonds to inform financial strategy and operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional Certification: CA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Proven experience as a CFO in a public company setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of public equity markets and debt markets.

- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
