Team Introduction
As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Vertical Product team is focused on helping to build products that enable small to medium-sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform. We're seeking an experienced growth lead, responsible for driving adoption of TikTok Shop Ads in SMB.
The Shop Ads vertical lead will oversee the development and execution of growth strategies for Shop Ads, aimed at enhancing product market fit and product adoption, user satisfaction, and market penetration among small to medium-sized advertisers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for Shop Ads, leveraging insights from customer interviews, market research, and data analytics to drive product market fit for SMB advertisers and product adoption to markets.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market initiatives, solicit feedback for continuous product improvement and achieve Shop Ads revenue targets for SMB.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product usage data, deriving actionable insights to optimize product key features and go-to-market strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for innovation within the SMB advertising segment.
- Be operationally excellent in the day to day business progress and inspire the team to innovate and collaborate.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in product operation, product management, product marketing or related fields, with demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
- Proven track record of driving successful product development or go-to-market strategies and achieving business objectives within the advertising, ecommerce or digital marketing industry.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of the ecommerce industry and customer needs
- Strong proficiency in data analytics with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive cross function collaboration. Having a proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Curiosity and a passion for innovation, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to continuously pursue excellence.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is preferred.
- Experience in ecommerce advertising is a plus.
