ABOUT THE ROLE

The WPS Lead is required to manage, coordinate and deliver Facilities Management (FM) efficiently at the right cost, drive savings and simplification, and optimize service level delivery.

The job also entails management of workplace services’ strategic suppliers in facilities management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role entails the service delivery management (facilities management) for Unilever’s campus at One-North in Singapore- Manage key Facilities Management (FM) collaborators and suppliers & other 3rd party suppliers- Ensure the successful delivery of WPS services by ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met and compliant with lease agreement of the site- Ensure successful delivery of soft and hard services (i.e. cleaning, security, mailroom services, facilities administration, pest control, meeting room services, reception services, cafeteria services, staff shop, etc.)- Identify and drive savings opportunities- Support the company’s safety and security programs. Work in close coordination with SHE team to deliver the site’s safety/security objectives and programs (i.e. emergency response plan, BCP, etc.)- Support real estate team in terms of transaction projects involving relocation, renewal, ramping-up/down, development of new sites- Monitor the budget spend (forecast versus actual) and ensure site spend falls below approved site budget- Implement office renovation and site facility management projects-
- Business relationship management - Engage local stakeholders aligning Workplace Services strategy with that of the business- Work closely with Unilever functions such as HR, Procurement, Finance, IT and Legal- Support the roll-out and implementation of global and regional WPS programs- Collate and submit financial reports (i.e. quarterly budget/forecast) and return to office (RTO) data- Support key events, working closely with Unilever and external stakeholder (i.e. event agencies) and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical or engineering background- Extensive experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Management (at least 5 years) in an MNC; this includes delivery and management of KPIs, SLAs, and relevant FM contracts- Able to implement FM local and regional programs and initiatives- Strong supervisory and communication skills- Has service oriented mindset with ability to establish rapport with and manage both internal and external stakeholders- Collaborative team player- Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
