- Able to provide legal support to the various global business units on a wide variety of general corporate and commercial matters for the SJ Group, which may involve financing, data privacy, technology, intellectual property and ESG matters;
- strategic thinkers with a solution oriented approach;
- have a proven track record for managing both complex and routine matters independently as well as with team members and external counsel;
- detail oriented and meticulous;
- passionate about coaching/mentoring team members as well as training clients;
- tech savvy; and
- minimum PQE 10 - 12 years.
