**Job Purpose**: Wealth Management in Banking is critical for Citi’s growth in Asia. This role will hold the sales volumes goals, responsible for client engagement activities and experience, and cross business collaboration & sales strategy for Citi Private Bank High Net Worth Team. The person will collaborate with product owners & marketing teams in Citi Private Bank, Consumer Bank, Digital Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, etc. to deliver the acquisition strategy, tactics, execution, and optimization campaigns across client touch-points. **Key Responsibilities**: Deliver value propositions and marketing campaigns (inclusive of events) encompassing remarkable client experience inclusive of O2O journey, robust prospect engagement model Focus is to drive customer growth, enhance relationship prospect relationship deepening and engagement Support, scale, and Implement best-in-class practices for prospect engagement through cross-sell in various lines of business Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance across acquisition and cross-sell Actively manage the funnel performance leveraging a data-first approach. Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase yield and scale volume; and identify opportunities to optimize prospect selection Develop and expand of partnerships and alliances to achieve goals and/or improve proposition Build relationships with, and leverage various lines of business and external partners (where applicable) across Asia and globally **Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills**: 8+ Years’ experience in Marketing and Sales Business development and event arrangement experience is preferred Strong understanding data tracking and analysis Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills Experience managing multiple projects across countries and time zones Be comfortable with getting into and working on detailed plans to drive speed of execution while staying focused on quality and sustenance of output Leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive this new strategy and framework Asia market experience necessary **Personal Skills**: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Superior planning and organizing capabilities Team player - ability to work with and engage multiple parties to move projects and initiatives forward This role requires the individual to build relationships with partners (internal and external) and create materials across Asia, including China and globally.
