**About the Job**

We are seeking a experienced and motivated **SAP FICO Consultant**to join our team and play a critical role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, and provide expert guidance to optimize processes and ensure system compliance and efficiency.

**SAP FICO Consultant**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Gather business requirements independently and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.
- Analyze existing financial and controlling processes, identify areas of improvement, and design SAP-based solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP ABAP developers, business analysts, and end users to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions.
- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes as well as audits.
- Stay current with new SAP capabilities, updates, and innovations (e.g., Fiori, HANA).

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **SAP FI**(GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and **CO**(CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
- Strong hands-on experience with **SAP R/3**and good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Working knowledge of **SAP HANA**and its impact on finance and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with **SAP ABAP**to facilitate functional-technical collaboration and debugging.
- Exposure to **SAP Fiori apps**relevant to FICO and ability to guide business users in adopting new UI technologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP FICO Certification is a plus.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools and regulatory compliance frameworks
