A*GA is looking for a motivated Assistant Head (Digital Business Analyst) who is proactive and equipped with the required skills to support A*GA’s vision and mission. It is essential that he/she is also a team player and can communicate effectively with his/her leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders. The Assistant Head will be part of the Digitalization Team to drive digitalization initiatives and process improvements as well as be a member of the cross-functional project team to implement a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a Business Process Re-engineering project team to streamline and optimize business processes across all units within A*GA
- Implement process automation solutions using software tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps etc
- Represent A*GA as a business analyst in the ERP Project Team to implement a large-scale ERP project
**Job Requirements**
- A university degree or postgraduate in Business or Computer Science or other equivalent disciplines/certifications relevant to Process Improvement and Business Analysis
- Relevant experience in implementing Business Process Re-engineering initiatives and IT systems
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Ability to translate business needs into user requirements and propose digital/automation solutions to achieve the desired outcomes
- Ability to work with teams from diverse background to analyse and identify business process challenges and formulate recommendations for process change
- Excellent communications, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines when required
