**The Manager shall be responsible to coordinate, plan and implement the University’s sustainability strategy, policies and operations]**

**The responsibilities of this role are**:

- Develop sustainability priorities and establish goals/KPIs in consultation with management and stakeholders
- Oversee and monitor portfolio of sustainability initiatives/projects across the organization
- Drive alignment between sustainability targets and operating metrics
- Support divisions in driving and executing projects to achieve sustainability targets
- Provide sustainability advisory and secretariat support to workgroups on related topics and solutions
- Conduct regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure objectives are met
- **Research Environment, Social & Governance (ESG)/sustainability trends and integrate recommendations into corporate objectives, plans, operations and reporting**:

- Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting, including data collection and analysis, drafting of plans and initiatives, etc in accordance to GreenGov.sg and other sustainability reporting requirements
- Coordinate sustainability outreach programmes
- Contribute to the development of training resources
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required by Management in the course of work
- Qualifications preferably in engineering, physics, economics or other related quantitative fields of studies
- **Experience working within a matrix organization, working with internal stakeholders on sustainability (such as environmental improvements) with the ability to influence change**:

- **Experience in reporting standards such as GRI Standards, ESG factors, ISO 14000, etc would be an advantage**:

- A passion for sustainability-related topics and results driven
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills and writing skills to track progress and reporting across the organization
- Strong communication and influencing skills to work with Senior Management and across different divisions
- Well-organised, attention to details, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Self-driven, resourceful, team player and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to embrace, manage change and diversity in a fast-paced work environment to provide deliverables within short notice period
