The Digital Division leads the digital transformation of DSO through the master planning and policies, delivering digital capabilities through IT infrastructure, and providing one stop service to corporate and R&D Divisions. Senior Enterprise Services Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Support and management of DSO Active Directory/Mail/File and Print services
- Perform daily operations work relating to AD/Exchange/File and Print Services.
- Analyse, track and resolve issues pertaining to AD/Exchange/File/Print issue (Level 2 support)
- Patch management of key servers in Domain Controllers/Exchanger servers/File and Print servers
- Monitor performance and ensure servers availability, reliability and involve in planning of tech refresh
- Plan and implement other project requested.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Information Sciences / Information & Communication Technology / Information technology
- Relevant working experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
- Relevant working experience in implementing and managing Microsoft File and Print technology
- Knowledge of writing powershell and scripts, Windows Technical Skills, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft File and Print, Microsoft Server (2012/2016)
- Good understanding in Active Directory design, implementation and troubleshooting
- Good understanding in Microsoft Exchange design, implementation and troubleshooting
- Good understanding in Microsoft File and Print Technology
