The Digital Division leads the digital transformation of DSO through the master planning and policies, delivering digital capabilities through IT infrastructure, and providing one stop service to corporate and R&D Divisions. Senior Enterprise Services Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Support and manage endpoint protection and AV software like Symantec, EPP.
- Support and manage software packaging, patches and bug fixes.
- Planning patch management and software distribution services using WSUS and SCCM
- Manage SCCM infrastructure for patching, image deployment and software delivery
- Analyse, track and resolve software issues pertaining to desktop operating system and related services (Level 2 support)
- Monitor performance and ensure servers availability, reliability and involve in planning of tech refresh
- Plan and implement other project requested.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Information Systems / Information Science
- Good experience in Windows Technical Skills (Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites, SCCM/WSUS, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell scripting) is a must
- Experience with SecureAge encryption software, ActivClient and yubikey
- Experience with endpoint protection tools such as anti-virus, endpoint detection and response (EDR)
- Good knowledge and technical hands on experience with Windows desktops operating systems and management of SCCM/WSUS environment
- Microsoft certified is a must
