As a **Self-Photo Studio Staff** member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience within our state-of-the-art self-photo studio. You will be responsible for assisting customers in utilizing our studio equipment, guiding them through the photo-capturing process, and ensuring that they leave with high-quality images that meet their expectations


**THE JOB**:

- Assist customers in setting up and using our self-photo studio equipment.
- Ensure customers achieve their desired photo outcomes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including monitoring and restocking photo props and backgrounds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers may encounter during their photo sessions.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of studio usage.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and creating a positive studio atmosphere.


**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of photography and camera equipment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for creating a positive experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle technical issues and provide basic troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
