We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Content Reviewers for a major technology giant. As part of this project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the client's policies and guidelines, while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Review and Flagging: Evaluate user-flagged reports pertaining to website content, including videos, images, and text, according to the established guidelines.-
Policy Compliance: Stay updated on the client's policies and guidelines, ensuring a thorough understanding of the requirements to accurately identify non-compliant content.-
Timely Action: Analyze flagged content and promptly flag items that violate the guidelines, adhering to predetermined turnaround times.-
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of reported content, maintaining consistent quality standards and addressing issues in accordance with established protocols.-
Escalation and Insight: Identify trends and patterns in reported content, promptly escalating any concerns that fall outside the established policies. Leverage your market-specific knowledge to propose solutions for improving user community support.- **Requirements**:
Language and Cultural Proficiency: Excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in the required language, accompanied by a deep understanding of the local culture.-
Social Space Awareness: Familiarity with social media trends, influencers, engagement practices, and potential pitfalls in order to effectively evaluate and moderate content.-
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse team.-
Internet Savviness: Proficiency in using social networking platforms and navigating online spaces.-
Adaptability: Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring coverage across different time zones.-
Problem Solving: Ability to handle critical situations with mínimal supervision, demonstrating resourcefulness and sound decision-making skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.-
