**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We have a need for a dedicated and talented Project Manager to join our dedicated OLIVER + 3M team.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Lead the daily project management of a cross-functional, lean-agile product team in the delivery of key product outcomes.
- Be a collaborative problem solver and facilitate the development of project tasks and deliverables
- Lead the product team in regular agile ceremonies, such as daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Spring Demos and Retrospective meetings
- Champion the Agile/Scrum process and evangelise the principles within the team
- Able to consolidate, translate and communicate complex user requirements, technical information and project risks across the product team and external business teams
- Responsible and accountable for the planning of the product team's priorities / backlog
- Ensure the governance process is followed to ensure reported issues can be resolved, and keep the team updated as to resolution
- Utilise project management systems such as JIRA to manage the teams current and backlogged priorities
- Monitor KPI's to ensure timely delivery of key outcomes
- To be able to provide regular written and verbal communications on project progress to the wider product team and business stakeholders to maintain visibility and alignment
- Strong Client and Stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous in detail and process driven
- Clear production blockers allowing the team to develop their work unhindered
