**About the Role**:
As an E-commerce (Amazon) Associate, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to drive Amazon sales. You must be able to monitor and optimise website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing, and use your e-commerce experience to forecast sales and resolve conflicts. You will also be required to coordinate with the Marketing Department to plan promotional offers and product discounts, as well as identify new market opportunities and prepare campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, and more across all Amazon marketplaces
- Analyse and understand consumer behaviour and preferences, while ensuring a hasslefree consumer shopping experience
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
- Analyze sales reports and forecast sales
- Collaborate with social media influencers for promotional campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Department to develop promotional campaigns and monitor the performance of promotional campaigns
- Clear out slow-selling and excess inventory (via re-pricing, promotions, coupon codes, ads, etc.)
- Import products to marketplaces using Amazon Inventory files (.xls and.csv)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce optimisation
- Experience selling products through Amazon
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel spreadsheets, formulas (Vlookup, concatenate, etc.), filters, sorting, importing, and exporting sheets to our website.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify current market trends and marketing tactics
- Strong marketing background and proficiency in building an impressive digital presence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Basic knowledge of website HTML/CSS, PHP, CMS website maintenance, and Amazon PPC ads will be a bonus
