**The Company**

FourTwoThree is a financial/climate-technology company building a data platform that nimbly connects all key players of the global economy. In collaboration with our network of partners, we empower businesses with the incentives, actions and tailored products/services needed to become more resilient and efficient. This in turn gives our customers - financial institutions and large corporations - a more transparent, resilient supply chain or portfolio and a new paradigm of data-qualified commercial opportunities.

We've secured our first customers and have an extensive network of co-creation partners eager to help us succeed. We're led by three founders with deep expertise in finance, technology and sustainability across four continents, and who have all learned (usually the hard way) how to make genuine impacts in complex, process-heavy industries.

**The Role**

We’re looking for someone who can take the lead on our product direction and execution. You’ll help shape what we build, why we build it, and how we bring it to life. That means working closely with engineers, designers, our commercial team and other teammates, our customers and partners to turn ideas into products that really work for our customers. You’ll be the person who keeps us focused, makes sense of customer feedback, finds new angles and user insights and helps us spot new opportunities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Guiding the vision and strategy for our product and making sure it’s clear to everyone.
- Working across the team to make sure what we deliver is valuable, on time, and useful.
- Creating business cases to assess and develop commercial rationale to drive product decisions and new product features
- Talking with customers, running research with users and collaborating with partners to understand their needs and challenges.
- Using data and feedback to learn what’s working (and what’s not) and adjusting as we go.
- Prioritising features and making the tough calls about what comes next.
- Driving the delivery of new features from early research through to detailed design and delivery
- Democratising product, the strategy and the processes so that everyone feels they understand our strategy and knows how to get involved and contribute

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone with experience leading products in a SaaS or tech environment (10 + years in product 3+ years in lead roles)
- A good grasp of how products grow and evolve, ideally with good agile know-how and delivery skills
- Comfortable working with lots of different people and perspectives and can handle a detailed technical discussion as well as a high level sales engagement with executives
- Strong communicator, natural problem solver, and able to keep things moving forward
- Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves on all the joy and pain that comes with an early stage start up.

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in climate, Enterprise Saas and Fintech
- Worked in an early-stage startup (especially one serving large institutions).
- Familiar with high-value subscription models.
