**The Role**

Reporting to the VP of Product, the experienced
**Product Lead **will be playing a critical role to drive, communicate and implement the logistics product strategy. You are as much at ease with industry jargon as you are with sound analysis and research to communicate your views.

**Your day to day**
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of Product Managers to build impactful product and roadmap.
- Ensure high quality, well-thought out, well-researched and timely product documents, be it the team output or your own contribution.
- Responsible for product priorities, roadmap development. Coordinate with stakeholders to execute on the roadmap by providing clear prioritisations and trade-offs.
- Articulate product development delays, potential blocker to stakeholders and senior management with high sense of urgency.
- Define success criteria and tracking metrics that measure the impact of your work and your team’s work against agreed objectives. Drive the data-driven and customer-centric product culture.
- Define and ensure implementation of processes and ways of working within team and with other teams.
- Determine initiatives to help team develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products available as well as develop in-depth understanding of customer needs/pain points/as is operations processes.

**The Must-Haves**

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years’ of team leading experience and 7+ years’ of product management experience in building a successful SaaS/B2B domain product from scratch by using scrum/agile methodology.

2. Demonstrated ability to independently operate in a complex and ambiguous environment, constructing clear strategies and roadmaps supported by analysis and data.

3. Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through full software product lifecycle including employment of design thinking, data driven decision making across the product lifecycle.

4. Demonstrated grasp of financial concepts to plan resource allocations and tracking against business objectives.

5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to all levels, from executive leadership to engineering leadership, across teams and within the responsible team.

6. Demonstrated leadership including goal setting, personal development planning and inspiring for impact.

7. High sense of urgency and ownership to learn, influence and timely deliver to meet objectives.

**The Nice-to-Haves**

1. Entrepreneurial or start-up experience.

2. In-depth understanding or working experience in supply chain & logistics industry.
