**What the role is**
- As a TP Transport officer, you are required to be au fait with matters pertaining to maintaining and monitoring the use of police vehicles. You are also expected to support the management of vehicle case exhibits at TP Vehicle Pound.
You will be placed under the management executive scheme.
**What you will be working on**
- Your key responsibility areas include:
- Ensure the operational readiness of TP vehicles
- Administer the use of TP vehicles
- Support TP Vehicle Pound’s operations
- Preparation of reports to TP management
- Assist in audits and checks
**What we are looking for**
- Knowledge and skills - Any discipline, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience - Good understanding of the Unit Standing Order, PGO, IM and operational procedure of the organisation, or guidelines in ensuring that all work procedures are executed effectively; Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively both independently and in teams; Working experience in customer service in an added advantage.
- Attributes - Possess good inter-relation and communication skills to manage external vendors (workshop, maintenance personnel etc.) and internal stakeholders; The jobholder should exhibit patience when dealing with difficult personnel and be resilience when working under pressure.
- Other unique job requirement - Physically fit as the job holder is expected to walk around the TP compound and TP vehicle pound to attend to issues and cases that may arise.
