**MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER, BRENNTAG EXCELLENCE**: Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Manager/ Senior Manager, Brenntag Excellence** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: *** - Support the APAC Brenntag Excellence Director to drive the implementation of Brenntag excellence program - Train and coach Excellence resources as well as line managers in regions - Lead Excellence roll-out and activities in respective region - Lead cross-functional projects - Share best practices within the region and across functions - Define and further develop the Excellence principles, systems, methodology, tools,templates, training and workshop formats - Approx 20-30% travelling to be expected - Must have excellent data analysis and presentation skills combined with strong bias for action and results orientation - Must have the ability to run workshops and coaching on top management and on on-site Level - High customer orientation, passionate, highly motivated, and result-oriented **YOUR PROFILE**: **Qualification**: - Certified Lean Expert/ Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt - Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics or Business Administration, or other relevant discipline - At least 5 years’ experience of in depth in Lean, Six Sigma, consulting, or project management - At least 10 years of overall business experience - Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages highly desirable **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**:
