As an SAP MM and SD SME, a crucial role in providing expert-level support, guidance, and optimization for the SAP MM and SD modules, with a focus on Procurement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP MM (procurement) and SD-related change requests, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing resolution within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyse processes, and recommend solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

- Contribute to SAP MM/SD-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, rollouts, providing expert-level input and guidance.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP MM/SD and Procurement solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Procurement and SD processes, functionality, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP MM and SD modules are required. Additional working experience in ARIBA Procurement will be an added advantage.
- Technical experience in ABAP and debugging will be added advantage
- Proven experience as an SAP MM and SD Subject Matter Expert (SME), with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting MM and SD modules.
- Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM and SD modules, including master data, pricing procedures, condition types, output determination and document types.
- Familiarity with ARIBA Procurement configuration, workflows, and integration points with SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of integration points between SAP MM/SD and other SAP modules, such as FI/CO.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
