Citi Liquidity Management Services (CLMS) group is responsible for a full range of products & solutions designed to allow client treasury organizations to create, access and deploy organic liquidity across their network. The CLMS business provides clients with a means to harness and deploy excess cash balances in accordance with corporate guidelines and risk parameters. Asia Regional Product Manager is a critical role within Asia Regional Liquidity Product Management team, responsible for the end to end ‘Digitization’ and the ‘Data Strategy’ of the Global Liquidity & Cash Concentration product & features. **Asia Regional Liquidity Product Manager** **role will be responsible for following functional areas**: **Product Management** - Design and deliver the **digitalisation of cash concentration and pooling products in Asia **in line with the Global Liquidity & Cash Concentration strategy (covers Target Balancing, Cross-Currency, Multibank Target Balancing, Real-time Liquidity and Notional Pooling products). - Contribute through regular client interaction feedback collation, market trend studies, competition review to the Global and Asia Digital & Data Product, Digitization, Data & Platform strategy - Ongoing collaboration with multiple global, regional, country stakeholders including the Asia regional exco., coverage, sales, legal, compliance, accounting, finance, tax, risk, service, on-boarding, P&R, operations, data, channels and technology teams. - Retain Voice of Client scores, win Asia & Global Awards through product differentiation **P&L Management** - Be responsible for regular KPI metrics tracking (existing and new clients) & monetization. - Leverage data, analytics to drive commercialisation of cash concentration, digital onboarding, self-service, reporting and other next gen features. - Create and grow a sustainable, automated data approach where Sales partners are able to access liquidity and relationship opportunities via self-service dashboards. - Track the client metrics improvement upon using digital capabilities for eg. implementation cycle time, manual touch points, service queries and costs reduction. - Support liquidity structure growth and ensure quality of deposits under structures **Product Risk Management** - Contribute to the evolution of the Global Cash Concentration Product Program (PAP), especially for Digital & Data capabilities for Cash Concentration Products are well articulated from a working operatives, risks and controls - Manage local country addendum renewals and cover all local variations from the Global Product Program - Responsible for regular risk reviews (ARCMs) prescribed per the Global PAP - Responsible for self-assessment of process, operations, technology, liquidity, legal and other risks, open and track Corrective Action Plans to closure, if and when necessary - Solution centric approach on how to identify sound mitigants and define robust process and tweak product design to reduce credit, process, operational, legal and technology risks **Knowledge/Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in economics/commerce/finance/technology - Masters/MBA preferred - 3-5 years prior product management, development, digitization experience - Good understanding of transaction banking and liquidity management practices - Strong Data Mapping, Data Quality Reviews and Analytical skills - Proficiency with common data tools, market sizing, analyzing facts, to design and deliver product and platform led growth & differentiation strategy - Design thinking education and /or hands on experience on mapping client journeys - Experience in managing revenue, cost initiatives in a large and complex organization - Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple locations and cultures **Skills**: - Strategic and creative thinking - Data analytics, problem-solving skills - Sound understanding of risks management and mitigation - Credit risk and legal negotiation experience will be a plus - Strong inter-personal skills, able to navigate the organization - Ability to influence and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to support a common goal and strategy - Strong product knowledge & technology platform design, migration, development skills - Keen interest in platforms, digitization, solutions, products, and industry trends - Excellent listening, communication (writing and articulation) and presentation skills - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
