ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our Team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre-sales organization focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. Our team brings technical expertise, real-world experience, strong executive engagement skills and an inspirational mindset to help our customers understand the opportunities of the “platform of platforms” vision. We act as technical leaders for our customers most complex solutions, designed to ensure that they can realize the value they need. We do this by leveraging best practice and industry standards to build customer trust and architect best in class solutions.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Engage with Telco CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business leaders to define platform strategies aligned with their digital priorities, such as BSS/OSS modernization, 5G rollout, NOC/SOC automation, and AI-driven service operations.
- Translate complex network and operational challenges into innovative ServiceNow solutions across domains such as IT, customer operations, network operations, field services, and partner ecosystems.
- Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of large telecommunications providers through
- TM Forum-aligned architecture models
- Network and IT service management unification
- Customer experience transformation
- Autonomous Network Ops - experience with strategy build and execution
- Support strategic initiatives such as telecom-specific use case development, industry solution design, and joint innovation programs.
- Collaborate across pre-sales, product management, and industry go-to-market teams to shape and deliver Telco reference architectures and platform roadmaps.
- Deliver workshops and strategic sessions tailored for Telco-specific challenges and maturity models (e.g., eTOM, Open Digital Architecture).
- Contribute to the development of telecom industry whitepapers, demos, PoCs, and value frameworks.
- OSS Subject Matter Expert for Telco Network Inventory Management, Network Discovery, Fault Management, Performance Management, Service Order Management and Provisioning.
- Trusted Advisor to the Telco Network / CTO organisation.
- Advises customers on how to leverage the ServiceNow platform for moving up the Autonomous Networks maturity levels.
- Proactively works with strategic industry ISV partners to build their capabilities into our end-to-end scenario stories and demonstrations.
- Works actively to educate and influence strategic industry SI partner teams.
- Supports / owns complex multi-solution RFP responses.
- Works closely with Product Management to ensure we have the latest materials and product positioning.

**Qualifications** In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:

- 12+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications industry, ideally in pre-sales, architecture, consulting, or technology strategy roles.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Strong knowledge of Telco business models, operations, and architecture frameworks, such as TM Forum ODA
- Experience in delivering TM Forum Catalyst Project/s
- Proven ability to influence Telco executives and technical stakeholders by articulating industry-specific value propositions and transformational outcomes.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS architectures, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, 5G, edge computing, and network automation.
- Hands-on experience mapping Telco use cases to platform capabilities, such as:

- Product Catalog, pricing & entitlements
- Customer onboarding, activation & service orchestration
- Partner ecosystem integration & supply chain workflows
- Digital field service & workforce optimization
- Experience with enterprise integration, data modeling, APIs, and microservices across hybrid technology landscapes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Amdocs) prefe
