Job Description Summary: What We Are Looking For We are looking for an innovative professional to join PayPal to drive global strategic initiatives, partnerships and business development. In this role the individual will be responsible for driving strategy and execution related to global initiatives including with critical fintech and wallet partnerships. This is a highly visible role within the organization, with initiatives directly sponsored and supported by PayPal’s team of senior global executives—including the President & CEO.

The Wallet Partnerships team sits within PayPal’s Global Markets organization and works across functional and regional teams to assess and execute on key fintech partnerships to accelerate strategic initiatives

**Your day-to-day**
- **_ Strategy development:_** Support the development of PayPal’s strategy, for both the company and individual business units
- **_ Project management & execution_**: Manage strategic projects end-to-end, delivering actionable recommendations for key clients. Coordinate execution of recommendations with key stakeholders as needed
- **_ Research & analysis_**: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modelling) analysis in support of deliverables
- **_ Business development & partnerships:_** Support global partner strategy development, planning and engagement

**What do you need to bring**
- 3-5 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, business development and/or corporate strategy team post graduate school
- MBA or quantitative degree from a top school preferred
- Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology and/or e-commerce preferred
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence teams.
- Results oriented with the ability to identify the long-term effects of decisions/solutions on customers
