You have worked as a recruiter with an agency or as an in-house talent acquisition specialist for more than 5 years and you’re looking to be part of something more fulfilling?

Reporting to the HR Director, you will engage directly and act as an advisor to the hiring managers on all recruitment matters. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for current and future expansion business needs for the South Asia Region, mainly Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

You will take charge of the talent acquisition process across all levels and develop creative talent sourcing strategies. In addition, you will also develop employer branding, liaise extensively and build strong relationships with universities and external public to position us as the employer of choice for top talents.

**[This is a 12-months contract with possibility to extend depending on the prevailing business requirement]**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage daily recruitment activities across all business functions to meet recruitment targets.
- Develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for current and future expansion business needs.
- Develop and establish strong employer branding strategies with the external public and universities.
- Evaluate existing recruitment channels and develop new approaches to meet hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment vendors and optimize process and tools to enhance efficiency.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
- Talent acquisition experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Successfactors is a plus.
- Ability to consistently offer innovative solutions to recruiting needs.
- Possesses sound Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills.
- Have strong planning and time management skills.
