**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with operational goals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and SLAs with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align material availability with production needs.
- Monitor market trends and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning.
- Oversee compliance with internal controls, company policies, and legal standards.
- Optimize purchasing costs and track key procurement KPIs.
- Evaluate and refine procurement processes to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Lead and mentor a small procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working with suppliers in China or previous sourcing experience in the region is advantageous.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or CPSM are considered a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
