Global Account Assistant Manager

Our client is a Japanese Service Provider, Now they are looking for a Global Account Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) to manage the Global account and support the Global Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact representing group companies across various Asian countries, managing customer interactions and overseeing account management to foster and strengthen relationships with clients, contributing to global expansion and growth.
- 【What will you be working on】- Global account management and support
- Consolidation of reports and numerical management from managers in various countries (Account & Operations Managers)
- Organizing and facilitating various meetings (QBR: Quarterly Business Review)
- Aggregating the above for headquarters-specific reporting and presentations for each account
- Development and promotion of global account plans
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【What they're looking for】- At least a Diploma in a related field.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2) in speaking/writing/listening is essential in order to liaise with Japanese-speaking staff.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a global corporation,
- Experience in account management-related tasks on a project basis.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (data aggregation and proposal documentation creation).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
