**About the Role**
Reporting directly to Director of Strategic Partnerships, and indirectly to Global Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will be responsible for supporting and building working relationships with Asian, European and US luxury and lifestyle brands that are keen to demonstrate Sustainability Leadership, through Sustainable Guest Amenities partnerships with global hospitality chains, covering the full spectrum of guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leveraging your relationships to introduce brands for licensing and partnership opportunities
- Identifying up and coming brands that are a fit for our clients
- Supporting business development process, meeting the needs of both client and the brand
- Proactively managing relationships with brands and always exploring new opportunities
- Coordinating negotiation and execution of approved binding legal documentation such as NDA, term sheets, exclusivity agreements, license or product supply agreements
- Working collaboratively with GUAVA team members around the world
**Who We Are Looking For**
**i. Competencies & Personality Traits**
- Excellent communication skills in managing stakeholders (Internal and External)
- Strong strategic thinker, results oriented and great team player
- Ability to manage timelines and deadlines
- Able to analyze market trends, data to gather useful insights
- Ability to work independently
**ii. Skills**
- Proven leadership in managing a team (onsite and remote)
- Experience in luxury and/or lifestyle industry, having worked for luxury brands or in a role where you are building relationships with Brands
**iii. Working Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in product or brand management
**iv. Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in brand management, marketing or relevant field
