**Objectives
**The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all customers’ requests and support service team in responding to maintenance services, repair work to meet and exceed customers’ expectation.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
- Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators).
**Key Competencies**
- Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong attention to details
**Qualification**:
- NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Training will be provided for all fresh graduates.
