**Summary of Role**:
The Senior Manager Order to Cash will take ownership of leading the design, development, and delivery of related to all O2C process. Managing a team of members, consisting of both permanent employees and contractors, the role involves leading the team, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring functional and process excellence to meet all program requirements and milestones.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight and governance for process design, build, testing and deployment within SAP platforms in specific areas and legacy platforms.
- Lead to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops
- Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams such as Order to Cash, Pricing, Integration to Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.
- Strong Leadership capabilities and people management skills are required to engage, mentor, coach and grow the team

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education - BS/MS degree.
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong executive presence and leadership
- Ability to build and lead across functional global and geography-based teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
