**The Opportunity**

As an Administrative Clerk in ASURE, you play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization by handling day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently, allowing other employees to focus on their core responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities of an HR Manager in Asure**:

- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, documents, and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Inputting and updating various types of information into databases, spreadsheets, or computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Assisting with invoice verification, processing, and tracking for financial purposes.
- Supporting HR personnel with tasks like organizing employee records, onboarding paperwork, or interview scheduling.
- Recording financial transactions and maintaining simple financial records.
- Identifying and resolving administrative issues and challenges proactively.
- Handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and company data.
- Being flexible and ready to assist in various administrative tasks based on the organization's needs.
