- Lead internal Scrum team(s) as Scrum master and manage all of the Scrum activities
- Act as project manager in traditional “waterfall” project for client implementations
- Pro-actively manage the planning, implementation and tracking of the in-house product development / client implementation projects
- Create a detailed project plan, manage project resources and timeline
- Identify personnel needs and manage resource leveling.
- Generate weekly status report to senior management and other project stakeholders
- Prepare project documentation such as: project charter, RACI matrix, risk register, communication plan, business requirements, project timeline and other project management related materials
**Qualifications**:
- Outspoken, socially outward and energetic Leader
- At least 3-year work experience in IT project management or Scrum master
- Good understanding of software development life cycle, various project management methodologies and Scrum
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- An eye for efficiencies and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
- Any nationality, good communication in English is required
