BTX Capital is a financial institution that focuses on cryptocurrency investment, established in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore. We need someone to be the capable assistant of the CEO. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer with strong leadership abilities, keen insights into blockchain, and extensive industry experience.

Objectives of this role
- Work with the CEO to develop and drive the organization's vision and operational strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable growth steps, implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, establish a highly inclusive culture, collaborate effectively, ensure team members can thrive and achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement business strategy and plans that are consistent with short and long-term goals jointly developed with the CEO.
- Oversee operations, human resources, and accounting, and collaborate with the CEO on sales management to establish sufficient investment capital budgets for near-term growth targets.
- Actively manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor growth and profitability goals.
- Use tracking software to monitor performance, take corrective action when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in the blockchain industry.
- Excellent leadership abilities, strong determination, and personal integrity.
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Fundraising experience.
- International business experience.

**Salary**: $70,736.00 - $81,580.00 per year
