CPO will lead the (VP) of product - each responsible for certain product verticals - to make their vision come true.Ensure their VP of Product can translate the vision to their product teams, who will have a more hands-on approach to implementing strategies and developing the product.
- Inspire marketing plans and promotions. Though the product vision statement also serves as a guide for the marketing team, the CPO will dive deep into market, customer, and product data to establish consumer metrics and KPIs, which are essential to gauge feedback and product performance for continuous improvement.
- Build bridges. CPOs bring out the best in others, from hiring the right people and forming future leaders to creating powerful relationships with all stakeholders to deliver the best product.
- Identify and analyze metrics to track product performance and optimize for success

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience leading product development in a software/technology organization
- Previous experience working in a financial services industry is mandatory
- Strong track record of building and launching successful products
- Experience with product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
