**Technical Support Engineer**

**Job Overview**:
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and off-site support for Hunting Licensee network. He/ She will be representing Hunting as Licensor overseeing the quality in manufacturing of Hunting products and giving such support encompasses diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in timely manner and compliance with applicable specifications.

**1.**Licensee**
- Perform Hunting’s connection qualifications in the new manufacturing facility.
- Provide technical support in the manufacturing facility/Licensee.
- Perform audit on Licensee.
- Provide training to Licensee on the connections and manufacturing.
- Ensure manufacturing facilities manufacture Hunting’s connections in compliance with Hunting’s specifications and PO requirements.

**2.**Field Service**
- Conduct field service activities in line with the company's activity schedule, Rig safety, security standards, Hunting Specification and ensure the standard and quality of service.
- Perform service of VTI or dimensional inspection in the field
- Develop, plan and coordinate all activities involving field services to exceed customer expectations.
- Establish and implement operating procedures for field running.
- Ensure timely assessments (customer's satisfaction survey) upon completion of each Field service assignment.
- Develop field service training materials and conduct in house training.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers:

- Conduct training on Field running of Hunting products.
- Investigate, analyse and provide corrections, corrective and preventive actions or resolutions should any problems or issues in field.
- Torque turn graph analysis and recommend opportunity for improvement.

**3.**Others**
- Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls
- Ensure work activities and behaviour achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
- In addition to these duties/responsibilities employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.Other duties as assigned from time to time.

- CNC Programming (Desirable)
- Manufacturing, Inspection and Gauging of Hunting and API Connection (Essential)
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines (Essential)
- Analytical and creative approach to problem solving (Essential)
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels (Essential)
- Ability to work under owns initiative (Essential)
- Ability to think strategically (Essential)Accurate, thorough, detailed-orientated, good organizational and time management skills (Essential)

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Industrial Training Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
