**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute OTC trades efficiently across various asset classes, ensuring mínimal slippage and adherence to risk parameters.
- Maintain and develop relationships with counterparties, including brokers, liquidity providers, and other market participants.
- Monitor market conditions to identify trading opportunities and provide insights to the trading and research teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate trade settlement and resolve any discrepancies. Support the development and refinement of execution strategies to optimize trading outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in execution trading within OTC markets.
- Proven expertise in multi-asset trading (e.g., equities, FX, fixed income, or commodities).
- Strong understanding of OTC market structures, pricing, and liquidity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing counterparty relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions in a high-paced trading environment.
- Fluency in English
- Based in Asia, the US or willing to relocate immediately.
